Where creative integrity meets lasting impact.

Cream Collective is a selective artist management and independent label. We work with a small number of exceptional artists, building careers with intention, not urgency.

What We Do

Management. Label. Events.

Cream Collective is a London-based artist management and independent label house operating across the UK and New York. We are deliberately selective, building long-term careers rather than chasing short-term moments.

Artist Management
Career strategy, touring, deal negotiation, day-to-day management.
Label & Releases
Independent releases, A&R, and artist development.
Sync & Publishing
Catalogue monetisation, sync licensing for TV, film, and advertising.
CCM Events
Festival stages, private members clubs, bespoke commissions.
Mission & Values

What we stand for.

"We find artists who have something real to say, and build the platform for the world to hear them."
Selective
We work with very few. That is the point.
Intentional
Every decision made with care, not urgency.
Honest
We tell our artists the truth. Always.
Lasting
We build careers, not moments.
Leadership

The people behind Cream Collective.

Four decades of music culture and business, from the breaking circle to the boardroom.

Client
In 1965, the Philadelphia teenager wrote his name across an entire city, including the Philadelphia Zoo elephant, until there was no surface left that hadn't noticed him. That act seeded the modern graffiti and street art movement, a direct lineage to Basquiat, Haring, Banksy, and Shepard Fairey. Nearly six decades on, his work sells at auction internationally and continues to headline major exhibitions.
